How does the security deposit work?

The deposit is a refundable authorization held on your credit card, not a charge. It is released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition with no tolls, citations, or overage owed.

What is included in the mileage allowance?

Every rental includes a daily mileage allowance shown on the vehicle page — between 100 and 200 miles per day depending on the car. Additional miles are billed at that vehicle's extra-mile rate. Extended mileage packages can be added at checkout.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver to airports, hotels, and private residences across our service areas. Delivery inside Miami-Dade is complimentary on rentals of three days or more; other areas are quoted by distance at checkout.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular vehicles book out two to four weeks ahead on holiday and event weekends. Weekday reservations can often be confirmed same day once verification is complete.

What does verification involve?

You submit your license, proof of insurance, and contact details through our encrypted screening form. Documents are stored privately and reviewed only by authorized staff for rental eligibility. Most approvals complete within two hours during concierge hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 or more days before pickup for a full refund of amounts paid. Between 72 hours and 7 days, amounts paid convert to a credit valid for 12 months. Inside 72 hours the first-day rate is non-refundable.

Can someone else drive the car?

Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers complete the same verification process and are added for a flat fee per rental.
