Written plainly so there are no surprises at pickup or return. Every policy below applies to all reservations unless your rental agreement says otherwise.

Every renter completes verification once. You submit your license, insurance, and contact details through our encrypted screening form; documents are stored privately and reviewed only by authorized staff for rental eligibility.
Most approvals are completed within two hours during concierge hours. If additional information is needed, your requested dates stay on hold while you respond.
Deposits are refundable authorization holds, sized per vehicle and shown on each vehicle page. The hold is placed at pickup and released within 3–5 business days after return, once tolls and mileage are reconciled.
Included daily mileage ranges from 100 to 200 miles depending on the vehicle. Additional miles are billed at the vehicle's extra-mile rate. Extended mileage packages can be added at checkout at a discount to the per-mile rate.
Pickup is available at our downtown flagship garage or our airport delivery hub. Delivery inside Miami-Dade is complimentary on rentals of three days or more; other areas are quoted by distance at checkout.
Delivery windows are 60 minutes. Vehicle orientation takes about 15 minutes for first-time renters.
Vehicles leave full and must return full. Interiors return in the condition they left. Excessive cleaning, smoke remediation, or pet hair removal is billed at cost.
A 59-minute grace period applies. Beyond that, late returns are billed hourly at 20% of the daily rate up to a full additional day. Extensions are subject to availability — request them through the dashboard or the concierge desk before your return time.
Cancellation outcomes depend on timing relative to pickup:
Additional drivers must complete the same verification and be named on the agreement. A flat fee per rental applies per additional driver.
If a vehicle is unexpectedly unavailable for mechanical reasons, we offer a comparable or upgraded substitute at no additional cost, or a full refund if no substitute is acceptable.
